Dr. Walid told us in the lectures that 20% of the MCQ's come from what is added orally during the lecture, I think that Dr. Elsamma3 said something like this in the very first lecture
This is the extra information added in the ENT lectures.
I have based it on Dr.Nabil Rabi3's book
It is what is added and is not found in neither the book nor the lectures on:

I tried my best considering the time to gather it but the info. is far from complete, specially the lectures of the first term as they were in elma7allawi, we hardly heard of saw any thing.
Thanks to Mohammed 3essam who helped me.
I have to stress that the 'main source' is the lectures on the net.
But the concept of Dr. Elsamma3 is that there should be no absolute ketab elwezara.
There still is one last lecture on Thursday.
